School Terms of Service

These School Terms of Service govern the access to and use of Voxento by educational institutions, including K-12 schools, districts, and higher education organizations.

1. Acceptance

By creating a school account or using Voxento on behalf of an institution, you agree to these terms and our School Privacy Policy.

2. Educational Use

Voxento is provided for educational and training purposes. Accounts must be used in compliance with applicable education laws, including FERPA and COPPA.

3. Student Accounts

Schools are responsible for obtaining any required parental consent before enrolling students under 13. Voxento does not knowingly collect personal information from children without appropriate authorization.

4. Data Ownership

Schools retain ownership of the content and student data they upload. Voxento retains ownership of the platform, technology, and brand.

5. Acceptable Use

Schools agree not to use Voxento to:

• Upload or share unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
• Use the platform for non-educational commercial activity.
• Attempt to interfere with the security or availability of the service.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with notice. Upon termination, Voxento will return or delete school data in accordance with the school's instructions.
